"Nicole is the absolute best! It was my first time using her services, and I didn't have time to meet her in-person, so she was really accommodating and we set up a video call. It was obvious Nicole was a true animal lover, and she exuded a very professional, gentle, and kind energy. She put all my worries at ease (it was my first time using Pawshake). We discussed all logistics and expectations, and I felt very comfortable at the end of the call. My husband and I left on vacation, and Nicole promptly visited our home daily to check on our 2 cats, feed them, and change the litter. One of our cats, Soso, is particularly skittish, and typically always hides when strangers are around, but from Nicole's first visit, Soso was out and mingling - definitely a sign of Nicole's gentle approach. Nicole messaged and sent photos daily, which we really appreciated, and on the final day, she even sent a photo of the lock box to show our keys were replaced securely. I will definitely be requesting Nicole's services again!"

"Couldn’t recommend Patricia enough , our dogs are all the better for Patricia and her daily visits. From initial booking to final visit, everything went very smoothly. "Jessie is an absolute gem of a petsitter; your pet will thank you for using her. From the first time I met Jessie her love of animals was evident, as was her empathetic approach.
We have two rescue dogs (brother and sister, larger lurcher-crosses) that had a rough start to life. They are nervous, unpredictable and reactive. Jessie understood this and suggested the perfect approach to get to know them both. She adjusted her manner to suit both of the dogs (they're very different) and they warmed to her in record time on their own terms. Jessie just seems to intuitively know what the dogs need and she has got such a practical, adaptable and calm way of being around animals that it obviously makes their experience with her really enjoyable.
Jessie is just as good with humans! I was super nervous about leaving Murphy and Gloria with anyone because of their peculiarities and anxious nature but as soon as I met Jessie, I knew that she would treat them as if they were her own and always use her best judgement in any situation. Its really important to note that Jessie will always do what's best for the dogs in her care, their safety and experience is always a priority. She communicates so well, sends lots of photos and updates and will always check with us before doing something if needed. She is flexible, trustworthy, exceptionally capable and is just such a genuine person. I cannot recommend Jessie enough - asking her to pet-sit for us was hands down the best decision we could have made for our two much loved, somewhat tricky, dogs!"
