"Nicole is the absolute best! It was my first time using her services, and I didn't have time to meet her in-person, so she was really accommodating and we set up a video call. It was obvious Nicole was a true animal lover, and she exuded a very professional, gentle, and kind energy. She put all my worries at ease (it was my first time using Pawshake). We discussed all logistics and expectations, and I felt very comfortable at the end of the call. My husband and I left on vacation, and Nicole promptly visited our home daily to check on our 2 cats, feed them, and change the litter. One of our cats, Soso, is particularly skittish, and typically always hides when strangers are around, but from Nicole's first visit, Soso was out and mingling - definitely a sign of Nicole's gentle approach. Nicole messaged and sent photos daily, which we really appreciated, and on the final day, she even sent a photo of the lock box to show our keys were replaced securely. I will definitely be requesting Nicole's services again!"

"Couldn’t recommend Patricia enough , our dogs are all the better for Patricia and her daily visits. From initial booking to final visit, everything went very smoothly. "Jessie is excellent and exceptional. She was taking care of my 13 year old cocker spaniel and 3 year old tortoise. Misty (cocker) has a lot of trust issues with new people and she completely won Misty over. After Misty had been abused a lot of her life before I got her, I am always hesitant to introduce new people.
Jessie not only scheduled time for a meet and greet but was able to listen to me about how best to manage Misty. Which is imperative for an owner who knows their dogs behaviour. You could tell that Jessie took my care of Misty and Misty seriously. And didn’t assume she knew more or better than my personal experiences with her.
Jessie was punctual and communicative for the entire time of her caring for Misty. I got regular video and pictures of them having a lovely time. Misty even curled up on Jessie’s lap. And when I came home, I had a very happy, content, anxiety free Misty.
I can’t overstate how much of a miracle that is.
I couldn’t recommend Jessie any more highly."
