From the moment we started communicating, I felt completely reassured with Flo. She was clear, easy to deal with, and had a reassuring manner, which gave me confidence in her begore the house/pet sit. She came beforehand to meet my dog and take her for a walk, and it was obvious straight away that she is a genuine dog lover. My dog is a large, shy German Shepherd who we always muzzle when out and Flo had absolutely no issue with this from the beginning. She handled her calmly and confidently, including putting on the muzzle and taking her out for walks. Although Flo is young, she came across as very mature, responsible, and capable. I felt my dog and home were in safe hands, and she left the place tidy and just as she found it. I would be very happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.

Nancy stayed at our house and watched our dog Ginger for a weekend while we were out of town, and we had an amazing experience all around. Nancy is professional and very good with animals - Ginger is nervous around new people but took an immediate liking to Nancy, and most importantly Nancy was patient and knows how to approach scared / timid dogs. Nancy was very communicative throughout, sending us updates each day so we knew what Ginger was up to. She took care of Ginger as if she was her own dog, and that’s just what you want in a dog sitter! The house was left clean and tidy and we will definitely have Nancy back to stay again in the future.
