"Ross and Nuria had been fabulous to work with! I have an older dog and am always nervous to leave him, but Ross and Nuria made me feel relaxed and confident that my dog was in the best of hands. Their communication is top notch and they always keep me updated with photos and videos, so that I can see that my dog is healthy and happy while I am away. "Laure is, to put it simply, amazing.
She's the petsitter everyone wants.
She communicates with you constantly and makes sure she's doing everything right.
She sends pictures on every visit and asks questions if necessary in order for our pets to be as comfortable as possible.
She is also very knowledgeable of cats and dogs. She understands they are different animals that have different needs, and always asks a lot of questions about our pets' personalities and needs.

"Maria responded quickly to my request to mind our cat, and was very kind to her when she visited us. She listened carefully when I told her about our cat’s care. She kept us updated throughout the home visits, and sent some lovely photos. It was obvious that our cat adores her, and this was very reassuring. Also it was clear that Maria gave her lots of affection. She was very diligent about her medication, and all else, and played with her too. Our cat was relaxed and happy when we returned, and this meant a lot to us. Maria is very conscientious, and I am very happy to recommend her!"

"This was our first time using Pawshake and it has been brilliant. Viviana was fantastic. We were away for the long weekend in October and needed someone to call to the house to look after our Jack Russell Roxie. Viviana called on Wednesday to meet ourselves and Roxie and to get a house key. She was so nice and courteous. Roxie can be quite a nervous dog and it was clear that Viviana is no stranger to working with
animals. She knows exactly how to interact with them and how to respect their space and let the dog decide how and when to interact. Viviana had a very comprehensive list of questions about Roxie such as any special dietary needs, medication, walks preferred vet, anything she might need to know to best look after Roxie. While we were away, Viviana sent us messages and pictures of Roxie on Whatsapp and let us know how things were going. I will absolutely turn to Pawshake and Viviana again in the future when we need a sitter for Roxie. I honestly can't say enough good things about the service we received."
