"Tiziana was very friendly, professional and responsive throughout the whole process. She arranged a trial day for Noxie and took the time to carefully assess whether it would be a good fit. Although she ultimately felt that Noxie was not the right match for her setup, I appreciated her honesty and transparency. "Our dog has now stayed with Ludmila twice, once for doggie daycare and the second time for three nights. We could tell he was treated great the first time by the way he reacted when we brought him the second time, there wasn’t a lick of fear and he walked right into her house. Throughout his stay we got regular updates, which was great. "

"First time having Carlos look after my 12 year old Bedlington. Excellent communication and she was incredibly happy coming home. Very accommodating and was very happy leaving her there after meeting. "At very last minute I needed to find a sitter for our Golden Retriever, Toby. Valerie had no problem in taking him at short notice and when I brought him back for the second day he was straining at the leash to go into her house which is always a good sign!
There were times when I was working late and Valerie was kind enough to accommodate later stays. Overall an excellent sitter and would highly recommend!"

"I couldn’t be happier with the care Danielli and Vitor provided for my boy Zeus.
From the moment I dropped him off, I felt completely at ease. Throughout the day, I received regular updates, photos and videos, which was so reassuring and showed just how much fun Zeus was having. It was clear he was getting lots of attention, care and affection.
When I collected him, he was happy, relaxed and clearly had a fantastic day. Danielli and Vitor were friendly, professional and genuinely caring, and it’s obvious they love dogs 😊🐕

"OMG Michelle was excellent, fantastic amazing, Kind, and reliable dogsitter with Cozumel, great communication throughout the stay kept us updated the whole time with lovely photos of which included fabulous photos and videos to show how he was doing! "Claudia did an amazing job of looking after our dog Henry for two days’ daycare. She made sure he was very well exercised, bringing him on lots of adventures during the day. She also provided mental enrichment and gave him lots of love and affection while he stayed with her. She even taught Henry some Italian ! Claudia is such a kind person who clearly has a way with dogs. She also sent us lots of pup dates so we could be confident he was getting on well. We can tell Henry really enjoyed his time with her and we will definitely be contacting Claudia again. "
