"We recently hired Noemi to look after our house cat whilst we were away visiting family over Christmas and have nothing but good things to say about Noemi! She was very friendly and easy to work with leading up to the visit, and Blossom was incredibly well cared for whilst we were away. "Nicole is the absolute best! It was my first time using her services, and I didn't have time to meet her in-person, so she was really accommodating and we set up a video call. It was obvious Nicole was a true animal lover, and she exuded a very professional, gentle, and kind energy. She put all my worries at ease (it was my first time using Pawshake). We discussed all logistics and expectations, and I felt very comfortable at the end of the call. My husband and I left on vacation, and Nicole promptly visited our home daily to check on our 2 cats, feed them, and change the litter. One of our cats, Soso, is particularly skittish, and typically always hides when strangers are around, but from Nicole's first visit, Soso was out and mingling - definitely a sign of Nicole's gentle approach. Nicole messaged and sent photos daily, which we really appreciated, and on the final day, she even sent a photo of the lock box to show our keys were replaced securely. I will definitely be requesting Nicole's services again!"
