"Gustavo looked after our kitten for 2 weeks while we were away. He was friendly, communicative and consistent, and I could tell by the way our kitten greeted us that she’d been given consistent loving attention and play! I also appreciated the photos as we missed her so much.

"Isabella was fantastic! My cat was comfortable with her, affectionate and playful, despite his shy nature around new people. And she walked all the way to visit on Christmas when public transit wasn’t running. She is at the top of my list next time I go out of town, without a doubt."

"Eilis went above and beyond while caring for our cat, Pluton. She checked on him 2–3 times a day, even though she didn’t have to, and sent us daily photos and videos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. When we returned from our holiday, Pluton was happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for better, and would wholeheartedly recommend Eilis to anyone looking for a kind and reliable pet sitter."

"We recently hired Noemi to look after our house cat whilst we were away visiting family over Christmas and have nothing but good things to say about Noemi! "Nicole is the absolute best! It was my first time using her services, and I didn't have time to meet her in-person, so she was really accommodating and we set up a video call. It was obvious Nicole was a true animal lover, and she exuded a very professional, gentle, and kind energy. She put all my worries at ease (it was my first time using Pawshake). We discussed all logistics and expectations, and I felt very comfortable at the end of the call. My husband and I left on vacation, and Nicole promptly visited our home daily to check on our 2 cats, feed them, and change the litter. One of our cats, Soso, is particularly skittish, and typically always hides when strangers are around, but from Nicole's first visit, Soso was out and mingling - definitely a sign of Nicole's gentle approach. Nicole messaged and sent photos daily, which we really appreciated, and on the final day, she even sent a photo of the lock box to show our keys were replaced securely. I will definitely be requesting Nicole's services again!"

"We booked Natasha to look after our cat while we were away on Holidays. We booked 2x visits per day. The booking process was simple and Natasha was easy to communicate with. Before we left for our holidays she came around to our house to say hello to the cat and get familiar with the surroundings. Natasha is very thorough and we were always kept well informed of what was happening while she was visiting our house. She was great with our cat and we got some lovely pictures to keep us reassured while we were enjoying our holidays. Highly recommended."
