"We've hired a handful of cat sitters and Claudia is simply *the best*. We have two cats and one is quite shy, and Claudia is the only one she will come out and play a bit with. All of the other cat sitters would send us photos of the shy cat from across the room if they got her to come out at all, Claudia sends video of her stretching, rolling around and playing like they're good friends. We feel completely confident and comfortable knowing Claudia is visiting when we're away. Couldn't be happier. "

"We have used Nadine on many occasions for dog walking but recently needed assistance as we were on holidays and we needed her to visit our house during the day (morning and afternoon) but also stay until ‘bed-time’ - she was excellent - communication and pics were sent regularly and we were very reassured having her in our home "

She called every day and kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind and reassured us that Jack was happy and well looked after. "Cristiana and Catalina did an amazing job minding my 4 year old cat Ollie over the bank holiday weekend. He immediately took to them when they came to meet him. I could tell he was well taken care of with play time, chin scratches and was able to follow his normal routine. It was lovely to be kept up to date through pictures and videos of his day. I was also very impressed with how they managed their time between other pet sits and Ollie, ensuring each animal had the proper time and attention they needed. They are very obviously true animal lovers. Will definitely book again. "

"We recently had Rafaela care for our lurcher, Zena, with multiple home visits and walks over a three‑week period, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before we left, she arranged calls and meet‑ups to get to know Zena. This thoughtful touch, along with Rafaela’s obvious affinity for animals, immediately put us at ease.
