"Laure is, to put it simply, amazing.
She's the petsitter everyone wants.
She communicates with you constantly and makes sure she's doing everything right.
She sends pictures on every visit and asks questions if necessary in order for our pets to be as comfortable as possible.
She is also very knowledgeable of cats and dogs. She understands they are different animals that have different needs, and always asks a lot of questions about our pets' personalities and needs.

"Ross and Nuria had been fabulous to work with! I have an older dog and am always nervous to leave him, but Ross and Nuria made me feel relaxed and confident that my dog was in the best of hands. Their communication is top notch and they always keep me updated with photos and videos, so that I can see that my dog is healthy and happy while I am away. "Miriam is so professional and conscientious always sending updates every day and making sure your pets are safe and seen expecially as one of my tomcats is very vulnerable to stress, she is also a wonderful warm person and so easy to talk to :) she has a real passion for her job and it comes across in every way, every pet is very lucky to have her when there owners are away:) she also took such great care of our house and looked after small things that meant so much like taking a parcel, watering my plants, bringing the bin down she is honestly fantastic and i am sure we will have her back with all four of my cats again :)xx "

"We are delighted that Maria minded our cat. I gave her limited notice, but she replied quickly and did the meet and greet soon. She was very gentle with our cat, and is easy to get along with and caring. She listened carefully when I told her about her needs. When we were away, Maria kept us up to speed with how she was getting on, especially with her medication. Our cat was delighted to see us when we returned, and was calm. We are very happy to recommend Maria!"

"This was my first time using Rachel to look after my dog. Milo is a rescue dog and is very reactive to other dogs so needs to be walked in quieter areas. Rachel was fantastic with Milo. She communicated with me constantly while I was away, sending messages when she arrived at home to take Milo for his walk and sent videos and photos. She gave him play time and fed him before she left. She is completely dependable and has a lovely personality. I would highly recommend Rachel and will definitely be using her again when I go away."
