Hi! I’m Livya, an experienced and caring pet sitter and dog walker based in Dublin. I’ve been providing regular dog walking and home visit services for local pet owners, caring for dogs and cats with different personalities, routines and needs.

I currently have experience with regular dog walking as well as caring for pets while their owners are away. My home visits can include feeding, refreshing water, playtime and companionship, cleaning litter boxes, letting dogs out into the garden, and following your pet’s usual routine. I’m also comfortable administering medication when clear instructions are provided.

Through my experience, I’ve learned how important consistency and trust are when caring for someone else’s pet. I’ve worked with dogs with different energy levels and walking styles, including dogs who need a little more patience and attention on walks. I always take the time to understand each pet’s personality and what makes them feel comfortable and safe.

I also have experience caring for cats during their owners’ holidays, making sure they are fed, comfortable and have plenty of attention and company. I understand that some cats love interaction while others prefer their own space, so I’m always happy to adapt to their personality.

Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up surrounded by pets, had my own dog, and often helped my brother care for his dog and cat. Today, being a pet sitter allows me to combine that lifelong love for animals with the practical experience I’ve gained caring for other people’s pets.

I’m reliable, patient and attentive, and I know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is in good hands while you’re away. I’m also happy to send photos and little updates during visits so you can see how your pet is doing.
