Hi, my name is Inês and I’m a caring and reliable animal lover with a genuine passion for looking after pets of all kinds, from playful dogs and independent cats to small companions like birds and rodents. I’ve always loved animals, and being around them brings me real joy and fulfilment. I’m also a pet owner myself, so I truly understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and attentive to care for your pets when you’re away.

When I travel or need to be away, I always look for someone I can fully trust with my own pets. That experience has shaped the way I approach pet sitting, with responsibility, empathy, and a strong focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I recently relocated to Ireland from Portugal, leaving my family home where I grew up with cats and a dog, so I understand both sides deeply: the emotional bond with pets and the reassurance needed when entrusting them to someone else.

My motivation to be a pet sitter comes from my love for animals and my desire to provide that same peace of mind to other pet owners. I treat every pet as if they were my own, always adapting to their personality, needs, and routine.

I also have experience as a pet sitter for both dogs and cats, which has helped me develop confidence in handling different personalities, routines, and needs. Whether energetic or more shy and sensitive, I always adapt my care to each individual pet.

To make sure each pet receives the best care, I adapt my services to their individual needs and owner preferences, with dog walks lasting as long as required. I currently have very flexible, almost full availability, allowing me to give each booking the time and attention it deserves. When handling multiple bookings, I stay well organised to ensure consistency and quality of care for every pet. In case of emergencies or unexpected situations, I remain calm, prioritise the pet’s safety, and keep owners updated at all times so they feel reassured.
