Hello! 

I am a very experienced dog walker and pet minder and I have a QQI level 6 in animal science at GTI. I am an animal lover through and through, and I have been pet-sitting and dog walking for years now. My long term goal is to make animals my full time job. However, as of August 2026 I will have a full time job from Monday to Friday so I can only take animals who are used to this schedule or for weekends.

I have always been the friend and family member that people go to first when they need a pet sitter, and I have always had a pet to love and care for. I've pet-sitted cats and dogs many times, sometimes for several months at a time.

I like to make sure that if I'm taking care of a pet, it is as close to their usual routine as possible while establishing a good loving relationship with them. I love getting to know the individual animal to understand what they need and like. I love to go on long walks, play with them, create fun enrichment activities for them and just spend time with them. If you're seeking a pet-sitter who can cater to a pet's specific needs, such as a strict daily routine or regular medication, I'm more than willing to do exactly what you'd do for them. I understand that each pet is unique and requires individualized care. I am happy to brush coats and teeth and trim claws if needed, as I have trained as a dog groomer. I don't mind taking care of difficult pets. Unfortunately, with my work schedule this is probably limited to weekends.

While I only have experience pet-sitting dogs and cats, I am eager to learn how to care for other animals.

If you're interested in housesitting, I can also take care of houseplants, general cleaning and post management.

I don't own a car so I can only take clients who are in easy bus distance from city centre during the week or generally accessible by public transport on weekends.
