Hello, my name is Sandy!

I’m a lifelong dog lover and have been lucky enough to have dogs around me for most of my life. I know how much our pets mean to us, so when I’m looking after someone else’s dog, my priority is simply to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, happy, and loved while their family is away.

I’m based in Malahide and currently offer two types of dog sitting:

🐾 Your dog can stay with me in my home, where they’ll be treated like part of the family and have plenty of company, attention, walks, and cuddles.

🏡 Or, I can stay in your home and look after your dog there. This can be a lovely option for dogs who are happiest in their own familiar surroundings and prefer to stick to their normal routine.

I’ve spent time with dogs of all different personalities, ages, and sizes, including small and large dogs, older dogs, energetic pups, and dogs who may be a little nervous or anxious. I understand that every dog is different, so I’m always happy to adapt to their personality, needs, and usual routine.

I’m a very active person and love getting outside for walks, as well as playtime, cuddles, or simply relaxing together, depending on what your dog enjoys most.

I’m happy to carefully follow any instructions you leave for feeding, walks, medication, and routines. I’ll also send regular photos, videos, and little updates so you can see how your furry friend is getting on.

🐾 A few things to know before booking:

For the health and comfort of all dogs in my care, I kindly ask that dogs are up to date with their vaccinations and appropriate flea and worming treatments.

Please let me know in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, dietary requirements, behavioural concerns, or anything else you think I should know. It’s also really helpful to know how your dog gets along with other dogs and people so I can make sure they are comfortable and well cared for.

If you have any questions or would like to chat before booking, please feel free to message me. I’d love to meet you and your furry friend! 🐶❤️
