Hi there, Michael, Mary, Thomas and Evan and we are a family of four and our dog Millie (Golden Labrador) and cat Custard. We live in the country on a quiet backroad, 10/15 minutes from the Departure hall of Shannon Airport, ten minutes off the main Limerick to Galway motorway.

We are very much dog people and have bred our Millie in the past. Millie has pups as far away as South Africa, Portugal, The Isle of Mann and all over Ireland. So we get to see the Irish ones a lot. Having pups was a wonderful experience for all of us and we loved to see them grow and sadly, go off to their forever homes.

We love having dogs stay and are open to all breeds and sizes. Millie is a very gentle dog and is great with kids and adults alike and we have no doubt will welcome the company and attention a new friend brings!

We have an acre of lawn and there is always someone in the house seven days a week for walking, fetching and play time! We both work from home during the week so having company at all times would be brilliant for both us and your loved one. Your dog will sleep indoors and be fed separately from Millie, it's the only thing Labrador's are protective about. They would be walked before breakfast in the morning and before dinner in the evening if they are on a two-meal schedule. Otherwise, two walks a day if they want.

We interact with our pets all day long, they come and join us in the office if they want or lay on the many sun spots on the floors during the day.

Your pet would be allowed to go wherever they want in the house as we all love dogs, you could find Millie anywhere during the day. She loves sitting on the stairs watching for cars out the window! Give us a call and arrange a visit, if Millie is happy with a playmate we are happy to mind them.
