Hello! 

My name is Méabh and I live with my two dogs Ted and Fern here in the Dublin Mountains. I am a big animal lover and have been surrounded by animals (dogs, horses, cows, hens, sheep, cats, rabbits and hamsters) all my life! Ted is a Golden Retriever who is 3 and Fern is in her golden years at 13.

I have been providing DogBoarding at my home for the past 2 years and have received excellent feedback from all owners who have had their pets stay with me during this time. As mentioned, we are living in the Dublin mountains and have 5 acres of land surrounding the house so plenty of space for furry friends to run around. Living in the Dublin mountains, I am always out walking so each day the dogs are brought for long walks down to Bohernabreena Reservoir for a walk around the lake. There are also forest trails and quiet country roads I bring the dogs for walks on too and I walk whatever the weather.

Your pet(s) will live, eat and sleep here in our home. In the Winter time, we have the stove in the kitchen lit which is where the dogs generally seem to find their comfy spot. All dogs are given lots of love and attention and being a bit of a baking enthusiast there is often some homemade doggie friendly biscuits going around after walks! Owners will be kept up to date with photos etc throughout their pets stay and owners can contact me at any time.

I am currently only taking dogs with good recall due to the openness surrounding the house and with lambs being born in neighboring fields.

I am only taking neutered large male dogs to avoid possible tension with Ted. This excludes golden retrievers and other small friendly dogs.
