My name is Maeve and I had a dog for 11 years who unfortunately passed away a year ago. I miss him a lot which inspired me to get into dog walking/minding.

 My dog was called Pablo, a very energetic and vibrant Springer Spaniel and Jack Russell mix. When he was alive I loved to spend time with him walking and playing up the hill near my house. I frequently care for and walk my fiancé's dog Milo (a Shih Tzu) who is 11 years old.

My fiancé and I minded a number of different dogs in our time in Vancouver. We looked after them in our home, in the owners home and walked them frequently. I made sure to give the owners regular updates (twice/three times a day) and sent lots of pictures of their dogs walking and playing when I took them out. 

I live close to a canal which has a long walkway that stretches into the city centre. I would usually go for walks for 40 minutes to an hour. There is a park nearby my apartment as well which dogs can run around and play in. Phoenix park is a short drive away (less than 5 minutes) so I could walk them here as well. 

I am very compassionate, caring and full of life by nature. I love going on runs and long walks and would like a dog to accompany me! I am available for house sitting, dog walking (multiple times a day) and dog visits. I mainly work from home so would be available both on weekdays and weekends to work.
