Pet care is something I genuinely enjoy, and I love making animals feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I have experience caring for dogs and cats, including feeding, walking, playtime, companionship, and following each pet’s individual routine.

I carefully follow the owner’s instructions regarding feeding schedules, exercise, behaviour, and any medical needs. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they can feel reassured while away.

Walks and daily routine

For dogs staying with me, I aim to provide three walks a day, depending on their age, health, and individual needs. Walks usually last around 20–40 minutes, depending on the dog’s energy level and what is appropriate for them. I enjoy exploring suitable local walking routes and green spaces, while always prioritising safety and keeping dogs on a lead whenever required.

Time alone

My availability depends on my work schedule, so I always discuss the dog’s needs and the owner’s expectations before confirming a booking. I arrange care around my working hours and only accept bookings when I can provide an appropriate level of supervision. Please let me know if your dog has separation anxiety or needs someone at home throughout the day so we can make sure it is a suitable match.

My home and safety

I live in an apartment in Donaghmede, Dublin. I want every pet to feel relaxed and secure in my home. I take care to keep doors and windows secure and ensure pets cannot access unsafe areas. I would always supervise access to any balcony or outdoor area and would never leave a pet unattended in an unsafe space.

My partner also lives with me and is happy to help provide a welcoming environment for pets.

Communication and special care

I am happy to follow your pet’s usual routine and provide regular updates and photos. Please tell me about your pet’s personality, feeding requirements, allergies, fears, behavioural needs, and any medication they require before booking. I will only administer medication that I am confident and able to give safely, following your instructions.
