Hi there! My name is Guilherme, and I’m a passionate animal lover who moved to Dublin six months ago. Growing up, I shared my life with a dog who has been by my family’s side since I was 12 years old, she’s 14 now, and even though she belongs to my mum and couldn’t make the journey with me, she truly feels like my sister. Leaving her behind was, and still is, one of the hardest parts of living abroad.

Animals have always been a constant presence in my life. I grew up regularly visiting my grandfather’s farm in the countryside of Brazil, where I was surrounded by cows, pigs, chickens, birds, sheep, and rabbits — I even had three rabbits of my own as pets! That upbringing gave me a deep, natural comfort around all kinds of animals and taught me how to read their behaviour, respect their routines, and respond calmly to the unexpected.

I offer daily visits and dog walking services. My walks typically last 30 to 60 minutes and are always adapted to your dog’s energy level, age, and physical needs — whether that means a relaxed stroll or a more active outing. During visits, I follow your pet’s established routine as closely as possible, because consistency makes animals feel safe and at ease.

One thing that truly sets me apart: I have 4 years of experience as a volunteer emergency responder in pre-hospital care. While my training is focused on human emergencies, it has sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure, act quickly and decisively, and prioritise safety in stressful situations — qualities that matter just as much when caring for animals. In any unexpected situation involving your pet, you can trust that I won’t panic, and that I’ll always act in their best interest while keeping you informed every step of the way.

I’m comfortable with all types of animals and take time to understand each pet individually before jumping into care. You can also expect regular photo updates throughout every visit or walk, so you can feel close to your pet even when you’re apart.
