Hi! I'm an animal lover who enjoys spending time with pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away.
One of the reasons I decided to become a pet sitter is that I travel quite often, so having a dog or cat of my own wouldn't be fair to the animal. However, animals have always been an important part of my life, and pet sitting allows me to share my love and care with them while helping owners feel reassured when they're away.
I already have experience caring for pets for friends and family. I regularly look after Edith, my friends' cat, whenever they are on holiday, and Storm, my friends' dog, who occasionally stays with me for a few hours or several days. I also frequently care for my friends' parrots, making sure they are fed, comfortable, and receive the attention and interaction they need while their owners are away.
In addition, I was a foster mum to a lovely Beagle named Bingo. This experience taught me a great deal about responsibility, patience, and understanding the unique needs and personalities of different animals.
As I work from home, I am available for home visits, pet sitting, dog walking, and boarding. Walks are tailored to each dog's age, energy level, and routine, ensuring they receive plenty of exercise, attention, and enrichment. I am also comfortable caring for multiple pets in the same household and making sure each one receives individual attention and care.
I provide regular photo and video updates so owners can stay connected and feel reassured while they are away. I always follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any specific routines that help pets feel comfortable and secure.
I am reliable, attentive, and committed to providing loving care for your pets. Whether it's feeding, playtime, companionship, or simply keeping them company, I will care for your pet as if they were my own.
🏠 I live in an apartment in Cork City Centre, so all pets staying with me must be house-trained.
💉 All dogs and cats must have up-to-date vaccinations (including kennel cough for dogs) and be treated regularly for fleas and worms. I may ask for proof of vaccinations and treatments. Please let me know if your pet has been unwell before a meet-and-greet or booking.
🏊🏻♀️ Your dog should be comfortable being left alone for up to an hour occasionally if I need to pop out for groceries or attend a swimming lesson.
👯♀️ All bookings are confirmed only after a successful meet-and-greet.
🐕 I only accept one dog at a time for boarding, ensuring they receive my full attention and care.
🍝 Owners must provide their pet's food, bowls, bedding, and any cleaning supplies required.
