Hi I'm Paula, and I'm from Cork.

Growing up, I have always had a family pet and our dogs have always been the most loved members of the family.

I live in the south side of Cork city, and have two collies, Toby and CJ. Toby is 6, and CJ is 5. They have two completely different personalities, and I love them both to bits. Toby is timid but a complete slob. He loves his sleep, curling up on the armchair and giving big hugs. CJ on the other hand loves meeting new people/dogs and has endless energy for playing and exploring.

As a proud dog mom, I understand how difficult it can be to leave your beloved pet behind when you have to travel, be it for work or a holiday.

For a fee of €35 per night, I will stay overnight in your home with your pet and look after them as needed. This fee includes a daily walk, feeding, ensuring adequate water supply, letting your pet out to play, and lots of interaction, attention and rubs while you are away. I can also keep you updated with a daily photo to see how your pet is getting on. The more instructions you leave about their care, the better, so that I know what they need and can keep to their routine. I promise to look after your pet as if it were one of my own.

If it is just a case that you will be out all day, and need someone to pop in to check on your pet, feed them, give them some company, or let them out or take them for a walk, I can do this for a fee of €12 per visit/walk. I live in the southside in the Turners Cross area, so can do home visits/ dog walking (30 mins) in any of the surrounding areas, Douglas, Ballinlough, Blackrock, Ballintemple, Ballyphehane, etc. Due to my work schedule, I generally only have availability in the evenings after 6 or on weekends.

Before any visits/house sitting I will meet with you and your pet so that he or she can get familiar with me, and we can discuss their needs.
