"Niamh is absolutely amazing with our two dogs and cat and took such wonderful care of all of them.
She was fantastic with our very friendly dog, who absolutely loved having her around. Our other dog is reactive and can take a little while to feel comfortable with new people in the house, but she was brilliant with her — giving her the space she needed and allowing her to settle in at her own pace. She was so patient and understanding, and it was lovely to see our dog gradually become more comfortable with her.
She also did a great job sticking to their usual routine, which was really important to us. We felt completely at ease knowing they were being so well looked after and cared for in their own home.
She was reliable, caring and clearly genuinely loves animals. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her. Our three were in very safe and caring hands! ❤️

"Roisin recently spent a weekend looking after my dog ahead of a longer vacation booking later this summer. I returned to a happy contented boy who was very well cared for & got plenty of exercise. He has had a difficult time in the last few months & needed one on one care as unable to go to his usual kennels. I was anxious about leaving him but I needn't have worried, he was in excellent hands & Roisin updated me each day that all was well so I was able to relax. I can now really look forward to my summer holiday confident in the knowledge that all will be well. Thank You Roisin. 🐶"

"I had a fantastic experience entrusting my dog to Adam for a week. He demonstrated genuine love and dedication, taking time to understand my dog's needs. Regular updates, including photos, kept me at ease. I highly recommend Adam for anyone seeking a reliable, compassionate, and top-notch dog sitter. I came back to a very happy and well-cared-for dog, and I already have him booked for future stays!"

"Aoibhinn stayed at my home to look after my little senior doggy when I had to travel on a work trip abroad for 3 nights. She took wonderful care of my very nervous pet who gets easily anxious. Aoibhinn sent me regular text updates, videos & photos, this reassured me so much. I could tell my dog was happy & relaxed in her care. My home was spotless when I returned and a very happy relaxed dog greeted me at the door. I highly recommend Aoibhinn to anyone looking for a wonderfully caring and professional dog sitter for their pet. "

"Tori took care of my senior chihuahua Sid, in my home for a week while I was abroad getting married. Sid is an older guy and needs medication twice a day and thankfully, Tori already had experience with senior dogs so she knew exactly how to take good care of Sid!
She also communicated in a timely manner, providing me with the sweetest updates regularly about how Sid was doing, with photos!
Having Tori mind Sid during such an important time for us was so amazing and we are so grateful for the care she gave to Sid. it gave us total peace of mind so we could enjoy our trip with no worries. I would highly recommend Tori!! Thanks again xx"

"Ethan was incredibly diligent, more than any house/pet sitter we've used before. He expertly cared for our dogs (a very energetic Border Collie and Australian Shepherd who shed a ton). The dogs loved him, we received daily updates, and we came home to a house that was as clean as when we left (and we had deep-cleaned). We felt at ease knowing he was in charge. Highly recommended!"

"We couldn’t be happier with the amazing care Saoirse and Evan provided for our dog and two cats while we were on vacation. From the start, they were warm, friendly, and clearly true animal lovers. Our pets were so well looked after – they were attentive to every detail, and it really gave us peace of mind while we were away.
They communicated with us every day, sending updates, photos, and videos, which we really appreciated. It was so comforting to see our pets happy and relaxed in their care.
Super reliable, professional, and kind – we will absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch pet sitters!!"

"Raonaid did an excellent job caring for our dog and three cats over a week period in our home. Our dog clearly loves her and when we met her after the sit, he was crying after her when she left!! The animals were well cared for and our instructions for care followed. The house was spotless on return. We will definately book again. Thank you Raonaid 🙏"

"Katie is amazing! She stayed at our apartment during our vacation and took care of our three cats. She provided regular updates and sent photos of the cats. This was the first time that we hired a cat sitter via Pawshake and after our first personal meeting I had no doubt that Katie is highly trustworthy. We are so grateful for her help, thank you very much :)"

"Carla was absolutely wonderful with our two cats. She looked after them so well while we were away, which gave us great peace of mind. Our cats loved Carla so much that one of them, who never comes for pets, sat up on her and allowed Carla to pet him! We were so surprised but this showed us how happy our cats were. We'd ask Carla back again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. "

Why house sitting ?
Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Rathcoole home while you are away.
House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Rathcoole.
At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.
The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Rathcoole home is also being looked after as well.
In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.
Pet owners book house sitting in Rathcoole on Pawshake. Over 2372 pet owners in Rathcoole have left a review, with an average of 4.96/5. All paid safely using Visa, Mastercard, American Express
