"We recently had Hazel look after our cat, Lacey, while we were away for a week, and we couldn't be more pleased with her service. Lacey, being a shy and newly adopted cat, required a lot of patience and understanding. Hazel was exceptional in catering to her unique needs and was able to bring her out of her shell.
Hazel regularly updated us with photos, which allowed us to enjoy our holiday knowing Lacey was in good hands. Her responsibility, intelligence, adaptability, trustworthiness, and kindness truly shone through. I would not have felt comfortable leaving Lacey with anyone else. "I highly recommend Bianka to look after your pet. She took great care of my Teddy while I was away. She walked him in the park, played with him at home and ensured he had fresh food, water and treats daily. She provided twice daily updates with photos and videos. Ted was happy and well cared for. She was also very accommodating in extending Ted's care when I needed an extra day, thanks Bianka! I wont hesitate to hire her when I need reliable care for Ted again 🙂"

"We were very glad to have found Ian to take care of our cats. He was very communicative and understanding from the start which made this cat mom very happy! Always mindful of our cats needs and respectful of their personalities. All 4 of ours cats adored him which is quite honestly very rare, so we were sure we found a good one! "Emma was so good with our cat, she spent time with her, play, feed, clean her litter, send photos and videos for us, text and tell how our cat is doing. Everything was great and Emma such a nice person and so kind with animals. I highly recommend Emma as a good babysitter for your furry babies 🙂"

"Alex has minded our cats twice for us now, and will always be the first sitter we look for. She is hugely reliable, and our cats are always so laid back and affectionate when we get back. We're a 3 child four cat family who live in a perpetual state of semi-chaos, and she is so accepting, well organised and easy to get along with. We can't thank her enough for her help. "Bernadette’s comprehensive Profile draw my attention as it stood out from those of other pet sitters.
I liked Bernadette right away because of her friendly and reassuring demeanour and the natural manner of how she approached and interacted with my cats.
Having looked after her own cat from kitten hood to the now ripe age of 20 Bernadette’s experience was evident. She showed an understanding of the job at hand, was not afraid of having to deal with my elderly and somewhat ill feline companions and listened to my concerns. Bernadette was willing to follow instructions, was open to special requests and worked with me to keep the cats on as normal a schedule as possible.
Bernadette minded my cats for 11 days in December 2016. During my absence Bernadette visited the cats daily to check on them and their home, provide food and to give personal attention. Most importantly she took time to observe the cat’s behaviour and to look out for any signs of illness. She also did a great job keeping me informed. In addition to a detailed text message Bernadette sent brief videos which assured me that my companions were well looked after. On my return my house mates were in good spirits, well fed and appeared relaxed and healthy.
I feel fortunate to know Bernadette who proved to be reliable, capable and committed and I definitely will entrust my companions to her care again in the future."
