Hi, we're Ben &amp; Kym! We're a dog-obsessed couple in our mid-30s, both grew up with dogs, and love spending time with furry friends. We both have experience minding dogs - in our home or theirs. We regularly mind dogs and house sit for neighbours in our area. While we do have the ability to mind dogs at our home, we find it's more comfortable for the dog to be in their own space - at least during initial bookings.Ben works from home, and can travel with his laptop wherever you might be, ready all throughout the day for walks, games, and belly rubs. Kym is a secondary school teacher with plenty of free time over the summer months, mid-terms, and holiday-packed school breaks. Kym's also fluent in Spanish, which is particularly useful when minding dogs that hablan espanol.After saying goodbye to our senior rott-lab Buster (pictured above), we're not quite ready to be full-time doggy parents again - so we decided to join Pawshake in the meantime. We miss the joy, snugs, and waggy tails about the place!&nbsp;We're available for dog-sitting, check-ins, and walks.&nbsp;We can take two bookings at a time, splitting up so that we can give our undivided attention to those dearest and fluffiest to you. We'll send regular pupdates and pictures all throughout the stay so you can relax knowing your dog is relaxed and cosy.

I'm a design student who loves all kinds of animals. I'm looking to pet sit/house sit in exchange for accommodation as I travel. Unfortunately my dog is not very sociable so I cannot offer board at my own home but I can come to you and look after your dog from there! For 25 years I have cared for dogs and cats – both family pets that I helped raise, and also rescued cats in my city of Santa Cruz. I own a social media group of 35,000 active members helping people to recover their lost pets (members post pictures or videos of their pets, and the community helps them to find their pets).&nbsp;
One of my dreams is to set up a charity to help animals in my country, there are many pets that need help and compassion.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Where I now live in Dalkey we cannot keep pets, so I have befriended the local cats and foxes.&nbsp;

I have a great passion for their health and welfare, I believe it's very important for them to get a great amount of love, attention and lots of exercise. Dogs especially are very social creatures so they need lots of interaction with humans and other dogs while out on walks. Hello! Here is a bit about me and my pet care experience.I moved to Western Australia in 2009 and began my animal care experience, working in veterinary nursing and running puppy and advanced training classes which I enjoyed immensely. 
After pursuing my interest in dog behaviour, I worked in an animal training and behaviour centre as a behaviour consultant. 
In December 2019, I created my training and consulting business and since then I have enjoyed consulting with clients and their dogs, also taking scent work, trick training classes, puppy classes and adolescent group classes.
In the beginning of 2023 I moved back home to Wicklow, Ireland to be closer to family and re-established my business. 
I am a fear free professional, certified dog trainer, certified canine behaviour consultant and certified separation anxiety trainer.
I am available for dog walking and enrichment visits at home. Dog walks will be based on sniffing, exploring and doing doggy things. I am comfortable with and used to reactive and fearful dogs, walks will be adapted to suit the individual dog and their needs.

Hi my name is Aís, I'm a professional dog walker, I have been running a successful business for 8+ years. I originally started in the UK and over the past few years have moved back home to lovely Ireland to continue all my adventures in the Wicklow mountains.I have recently added another handler / waker to the family so am now opening the books to take on a few more Furever friends.I offer dog walking, and do an AM or PM walk. So before 12 or after 12. Each walk is an hour long. I like to structure my walks so as to ensure no dog gets over stimulated and to make sure they are recieving mental stimulus as well as general exercise. I feel dog walks are much calmer and safer when structured. I like to do some basic recall work and eye contact games, using positive reinforcement.I offer house sitting in the owners home for when you are away on holidays. This means your pooch can come to school with me during the day and then I will settle and stay with them for the rest of the evening and night. I will feed and look after pets and home.Home visits are usually 30 mins but we can discuss this upon meeting.Unfortunately I cannot offer boarding in my own home at the minute.&nbsp;We enjoy walking in the Wicklow mountains and woods and providing dogs have good enough recall like to let them off for a play.&nbsp;We do group walks so dogs must have good social skills and be calm and mannerly when in group environments.&nbsp;I am a certified canicross instructor, fully insured with PBI and have a canine first aid certificate.I specialise in working breeds and love to structure the walks to involve mental stimulus as well as exercise.Happy to discuss cani-hiking or running your dog if they are reactive or don't have great recall and can't go off lead.&nbsp;I generally walk Monday to Friday. I have a dog of my own, his name is Freaky (he came with that name!) and he is a ten year old rescue chihuahua. While I was in Germany I adopted him from a shelter and then took him home to Ireland with me.

Availability: I am available in the evenings after 5:30pm and on the weekends. My schedule is flexible and I cater for a pick up and drop off service, so there is no need to bring your dog to me.
Dog Walking: I love walking and have experience walking small and medium sized dogs. I live minutes away from Killiney beach and Killiney hill which are very popular dog walking areas. However, if you prefer another walk, please let me know. Your dog will get plenty of fun and exercise in my care!

I have experience with small and medium dogs, we have our very own bouncy springer spaniel. I am taking time off between jobs this summer, so have more time to do the things I love, like spending time with animals! I have experience dog-sitting for friends and family, we have our own dog, and I grew up with cats.&nbsp;
As a dog owner I understand that we want the best for our four-legged friends, so I am happy to take your dog on walks, do enrichment work, training, games, scent work - whatever suits their needs best.&nbsp;
Our spaniel can be nervous, so doggy day-care would be subject to a meet and greet to make sure all dogs are happy with the arrangement. We have a medium sized garden, and live right beside the beach so it is perfect for long walks and swims.&nbsp;
I would be happy to do house visits for cats. Unfortunately we cannot have cats in our home, as our dog sadly doesn't like them.&nbsp;
I have experience with dog training, having completed Puppy Training Level 1, and Reactive Rovers with the DSPCA.&nbsp;
