Top cities for cat sitting in Ireland

Many cat owners will understand that cats can be fussy and prefer their own home environment rather than an unfamiliar place like a cattery or cat hotel. Although some cats can adapt to cat boarding if they have to, most cats become stressed when transported somewhere new.

This is where a friendly Rush Pawshake cat feeder or carer can help. Our Rush cat sitting expert can come and visit your cat while you are away on holiday or at work. A cat sitter can even stay overnight if required, which is far less stressful than sending your feline friend to a cattery for cat boarding. Whether you just need a sitter for a couple of hours or someone to visit each day for a week, our Rush cat sitters can tailor their service to suit you and please even the fussiest kitty.

Although most cats are independent, having a cat carer visit has a lot of benefits. Your chosen Pawshake cat sitter can feed, freshen up the water bowl, tidy the litter tray, and spend quality time with your cat. And unlike a cattery or cat hotel, your cat can chill out in their own familiar space.

Finally, every booking with Pawshake is with a verified carer and includes the Pawshake Guarantee and veterinary coverage, so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to your feline companion!

Kind reliable caring doggie Mommy available to walk / mind your gorgeous darlings. Kitties also and bunnies and if you are not sure just pop me a mail and I will let you know if I can do a homevisit for your particular pet.
I used to work in the financial sector but felt that my life was lacking any creativity. I have always adored animals and a friend suggested to me that I should become a dog walker / sitter. I know how valuable my walker was to me so I truely understand how precious these family members are and the level of care they need to receive. I am no Caesar Milan but I have a huge heart for dogs & animals and will run the legs off them to ensure a more relaxed pet.
Smaller and Medium size dogs are prefered but if your larger doggie isn't a puller then that would be absolutely fine
We love beach walks and going off the beaten track in Newbridge House Ardgillan
If you prefer a town/pavement walk that is absolutely fine too
If you prefer your dog to be walked alone that can be arranged
Kitties are included in my services also for homevisits / play
Rush - Lusk - Skerries - Swords Areas
Discounts for more than 1 home visit a day
Some Slots still Available
Mornings - Monday to Sunday

Hi! My name is Ava Lattimore, I am 18 years of age and currently studying in my first year of college.
My motivation to be a pet sitter came from my experience of minding pets, I myself have two dogs but have pet sat for friends and family previously, this pet sitting included dogs, cats and fish. Because I have 2 dogs I know the responsibility of minding and caring for pets and the quality in which the owners are expecting. I have stayed overnight in relatives houses before taking care of their dog Murphy which included feeding and walking . I also completed a two week daily check-in for a cat and 10 fish which included feeding and giving oral medication twice a day. I truly have a passion for animals which came from a young age. I am up for any challenge and I believe I am very adaptable. I'd be free mostly on weekends and Mondays, but can also do short 40 minute walks from 5p.m most weekdays. I myself love walking my dogs on the beach or to a nearby park but I understand the mess that comes with walking on the beach!

Hi! I’m Fernanda, a dedicated pet sitter based with experience in Dublin for the past 4 years. I’m a lifelong pet lover and proud cat owner — my one-year-old kitty is the true princess of the house!

Being around animals has always been a big part of my life, and caring for them is something I do with genuine love and attention. I know how special your pet is to you, and I would be very happy to look after your baby cat as if they were my own.

I have experience not only with cats but also with multiple pets at once, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved in my care.

Whether you need someone for a short visit, overnight stay, or just to keep your pet company, I’m here to help. It would be a pleasure to care for your furry friend!
