I live in a pretty central part of Waterford City but am happy to discuss travelling to other areas and see what we can agree. I'm very flexible. I'm available for dog walking, home visits and dog sitting while you're away from home. I don't offer pet sitting in my own home but would be happy to do so in your own home, most pets prefer to stay in familiar surroundings anyway.

I have experience with cats too. My sister has 2 cats and a friend has 3 cats. Cats are so interesting and so different to dogs and I enjoy that so much. They're all loveable in their own individual way.

I also understand that "pets" doesn't just mean cats and dogs. I have past experience with guinea pigs (I previously had 3 guinea pigs). If you can tell me everything I need to know to care for your pet, I'd love an opportunity to meet any pet, any animal.

I'm interested in pet sitting because I love animals and I'm very active. I live near the People's Park so could bring your dog there to walk, throw a ball or sit in the grass. My dogs are 9 years old so I know that senior dogs sometimes slow down and become less active but still like to be out and about (especially if they're nosy like my 2 dogs!).

I know cats sometimes like to play with toys but my experience with cats has shown me that, more often than not, if their owner is away, they just want cuddles. Although, I do understand that some cats like to keep things on their own terms and I am good at reading their body language and as I get to know them better, I'll understand them more.

I have had dogs all my life, from big dogs (a great dane and 2 german shepherds) to small dogs (my 2 miniature dachshunds). I love dogs, my dogs got me through the pandemic, I'd be lost without them. I love meeting other people's pets, getting to know their personalities. 

My dogs mean the world to me so I understand what it feels like leaving your pets when you go on holiday. I will keep in touch with you while you're away, provide updates and pics, anything you need to reassure you that, even though your pet misses you, they're being cared for and cuddled.
