When people ask if I'm a cat or a dog person, I say, why not both? I love furry friends of all shapes and sizes! As the owner of a very skittish cat, I know how difficult it can be to find the right person to look after her when we travel. My parents also have a rescue dog that requires a very gentle approach so I understand that every animal has its own personality and different needs.

I prefer to care for pets in their own home so their experience is as stress free as possible and you can travel with the peace of mind that your pet and your home are in safe hands. I'm 42 years old and have cared for many of my family and friend's pets over the years. Having just switched to working on a freelance basis, I now have the time and flexibility to offer these services pet owners in the local area. I'm lucky to have the freedom to work from anywhere with an internet connection so I can plan my days to fit your preferred schedule.

For drop-in visits I will feed your pets, clean their feeding area, play with them and give them attention and clean out their litter tray when it's needed. I'm also happy to take care of any household tasks that need attention while you're away (plant watering, putting bins out, taking in deliveries etc.)
