Hi! I’m originally from Germany and have always loved dogs. I grew up with a rescue dog that my family adopted when I was around 10, and I was involved in looking after her throughout the years. We also attended dog training classes together, which gave me some early experience understanding dog behaviour and their needs. More recently, I spent a week volunteering at an animal rescue centre and dog shelter in Thailand, where I helped walk, feed, care for and play with dogs, including some with more challenging personalities. I’ve also looked after dogs belonging to friends for several days at a time, so I’m comfortable taking responsibility for their daily routines and wellbeing. I currently live in Ringsend, Dublin, which is a lovely area for dogs, with plenty of parks, green spaces and the seafront nearby. I’m happy to offer both daytime and overnight stays, typically for 1–3 days, with the possibility of longer stays depending on my schedule. I enjoy being active and would love to bring your dog along for walks and include them in my daily routine, making sure they get plenty of exercise, attention and company. As I live in an apartment complex, I’m ideally looking after friendly, easygoing and house-trained dogs who are comfortable in an apartment environment and don’t bark excessively. Most importantly, I want your dog to feel comfortable, safe and at home while you’re away. I’ll happily follow their usual routine and any specific instructions you provide, treating them with the same care and attention I’d give my own dog.
