Katie & Harry

Hi, we are Harry and Katie, an international couple living in Dublin 6 looking to give some of our extra love to your non-human family. Unfortunately, our apartment is not pet friendly so we cannot have a furball of our own, but Katie grew up with cats, dogs, fish, and bearded dragons and Harry grew up with cats, dogs, cows, and hens.

Katie is originally from the United States with a degree in Biology and loves being with animals, hiking and travelling. During her years of travel she was fortunate enough to volunteer at a family zoo in Australia caring for lions, monkeys, dingos, kangaroos, deer, and other aussie natives; she also volunteered at a wallaby rehabilitation center. Harry is from Kildare with a degree in Multimedia and loves film, hiking and travelling. He grew up on a family farm in Ireland and has always been interested in animals from cows to hens and all in between. Right before the pandemic struck we were in Bolivia caring for rescued jaguars, pumas, and ocelots but were forced to evacuate the beautiful jungle before the borders closed. 

Combined we have walked dingos through the Australian outback, walked cheetahs in South Africa, and walked pumas through the dense Bolivian jungle, and if we can handle them we will have no problem with your fur family.

Recently we have been a part of Trusted Housesitters, doing a few housesits in the Dublin area, Greece, and England. We have references from those sits if you would like to see them.

My Services

Home Visit (Katie only): During the 30 minute stay I do feedings, top up water, clean the litterbox, outdoor time for dogs/playtime for cats, etc.

Dog Walking (Katie only): I will pick your pooch up for a walk around the neighborhood or nearby park and drop them back home after a minimum of 30 minutes.

Overnight Pet Sitting - in your house: Both of us will keep your pets company for twice as much love. This includes two walks per day for dogs, watering plants, doing the bins, collecting mail and any packages, sticking to their feeding schedule, and lots of cuddles and playtime. Typically the housesit starts in the afternoon on the desired day until noon on the last day. However, times can be adjusted :) The most important thing is keeping your pets happy and relaxed while you are away.

If needed, we can administer oral medication and are happy to send updates/photos of your pets while you are away.
