Hi I'm Jennifer! I'm 19 years old and moved to Dublin for college this year. I got a part time job up here in the big apple (!) for the summer, and with my background with animals, dog walking seems like a great way to fill my spare time, get out into the sunshine (as we dont get too much of it in the West) and connect with some animals which always light up my day.

 At home in Sligo I have two dogs, Susie the black labador, who's 13 (a senior dog) and a sheepdog pup, Meg, who's only 6 months old, so I definitly have experience with dogs of all ages and the highs and lows that come with being young and full of life or old and sleepy! All dog require some patience, which I have lots of and will always try to listen to your dogs needs. In my photos you will also see my cat, Sam, who unfortunatly isn't with us anymore, but he was super cuddly and a lot more willing to be in pictures with me than susie (who also isn't easy to capture on camera, she usually turns out a black blob)! We also have sheep and cows at home, so I have grown up around animals, and have always been taught to respect and care for them- which could be why every dog I meet loves me!!! They might also be able to sense my overall passion for animals, for most of my life I wanted to become a vet, but while on work experience in Transition Year I was showed a veterinary textbook, and all the chemical formulas they have to learn put me off it. Instead I'm studing Law in UCD and dreaming of the day I will own a greyhound and a dachshund and maybe also a horse... 

I promise I'll take good care of your pets, we will explore differnt areas of dublintogether and enjoy the summer! As I work part time my availabilty varies but I will have time each day to go for a minimum 30 minute walk, or book for an hour if you have a very energetic dog. I aim to find all the nearest parks that I can bring your dog to, potentially off lead if you deem that safe and when I establish a relationship and trust with the dog. P.S. Don't be put off by the photo of me with a drawn on beard... it was a costume night at the Irish College I went to in fifth year, and I had to include the gorgeous dog who lived in the house with us, he and I were fast friends for the three weeks!
