Hi there. Cat, dog and all animal lover here located in Terenure. I am a 20 year old, 2nd year veterinary medicine student who loves animals. I enjoy hiking and walking in the park and beaches, so I would be glad to have your fluffy, or not so fluffy companion walking, running or playing fetch by my side. Since I am a vet student, I want to spend as much time as I can with your lovely pets, not only because I am passionate about animals, but because it will help me with my future career to get used to all types of dogs and cats. I have to go on placements as part of my course, so I am in contact with animals quite a lot, and I am given quite a bit of responsibility with healthy and sadly, not so healthy animals, so I understand when its time to play with your pet and when I have to be serious. I have grown up with cats all my life and have an extreme soft spot for them. I have also walked my parents friends' and friends’ dogs. Since I love cats, I can also offer house visits or cat sitting. If your pet needs medication given by injection or orally, if you demonstrate it to me , I will be able to give it to them then (I only have such experience with farm animals) I am most regularly able to offer dog walks, and some house sitting for your pet. During the week I am available in the evenings and some days I am available in the afternoon, and I am free on most weekends but because I am a student I can't offer many morning walks. The reason I want to be a dog walker is because I probably won’t get a dog anytime soon as I live in an apartment and as you can probably already tell, I love them and would love to have a companion with me during the study breaks. Just let me know how long you'd like me to walk your companion because I understand that every dog has different needs😄. I can't offer house sitting or boarding just yet.
