Hi, my name is Annette. On 2/1/2026, we sadly said goodbye to our beloved Shetland Sheepdog, Alfie, who was 15 years old. He had been such a special part of our lives for so long that it still feels strange not having him here. This is the first time in many years that we’ve been without a dog, and the house feels very empty and quiet without him. We miss the sound of his paws around the house, our daily walks together, and all the funny, comical little things he used to do that made us smile every day. We both love walking and being outdoors, and we truly miss the companionship that comes with having a dog by your side. Although we don’t feel quite ready to have a dog of our own just yet, we feel that dog walking and part-time boarding would suit us perfectly at the moment. Our four children have all grown up and moved out, so our home is now much quieter. As we are both retired and at home most of the time, any dog in our care would have constant company, attention, and plenty of love. I am happy to care for dogs of all ages and sizes. Our front and back garden is fully enclosed and plenty of room in our house for dogs to run around in!
