My name is Gillian and I am 26 years old. I have grown up surrounded by animals in Tipperary, from hamsters to bulls. 

I have a Zoology degree, during which I was part of the Zoology Society, where we did animal handling training for reptiles. 

I have a lovely dog called Bowie who stays in Tipperary, and I miss him when I'm in Galway 

I have a freshwater fish tank, and I regularly change the water and run water tests. 

I am known for attracting all the neighbourhood cats and dogs, and I am a self proclaimed animal whisperer. 

My love has always been animals and I enjoy any moment I have with them. 

In Galway, I have dog-sat and dog-walked. I dog sit a lovely cockapoo called Frank, we have been friends since he was a puppy. I also used to dog walk an old dog called Lou who has eye problems and I had to apply eye drops to his eyes daily. 

I work 5 days a week, but can be flexible with my time, I work nights and days so a schedule is easy to make. A walk can be done before or after I finish work. 

I can take up to two pets from the same family but can chat about taking more. Walks can be from 30 mins to 1 hour plus. I live in the city and drive so can easily drive out of Galway. I prefer not to stay overnight out of my home but can discuss other options! I live with 3 others who are animal lovers.
