Hi, I’m Flor, more of a cat person by nature, quiet and introverted, but I’ve spent most of my life around animals of all kinds and genuinely enjoy caring for them, which I miss a lot since moving away from home.

I have first-hand experience raising rescue cats and small birds, including doves, pigeons, and owls. Over the years I’ve also cared for dogs, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, tortoises, fish, and even a hedgehog. I’m comfortable handling both medium and large dog breeds such as Dogo Argentinos, Shar-Peis, Pitbulls, and Poodles.

Back home, my family runs a small farm and help with rescue and reintroduction of animals, so I grew up helping care for calves, lambs, chickens, geese, and turkeys, along with rescued wildlife on occasion. That included baby deer, owls, an armadillo, and even a pair of toucans.

I can accommodate walks around parks and quieter areas while keeping dogs safely on leash at all times. I’m also happy to adapt to each owner’s preferences, routines, and directions to make sure pets stay comfortable and cared for in the way they’re used to.

I’m not the loud overly energetic type, but I’m patient, observant, and reliable. I understand that shy or nervous animals need time and space to get comfortable with a new person, and I’m happy to adapt to their personality instead of forcing interaction.
