I have always loved animals - I am way more of an animal person than a people person, to be honest. I had a beloved dog growing up and now I am a mum for 5 beautiful cats - all rescue. I have experience with both
dogs and cats - I started pet sitting while house sitting and more recently I have decided to care for pets in their home locally too. As my dog had a chronic illness, I have experience giving medicine too (orally). I like giving updates; it's my habit to send daily picture of the beloved pet(s) to their "kahu" - I have come across this term recently and I fell in love in it. Its Hawaiian, and translates with honored attendant, warden or caretaker. I don't know about you, but I much prefer it to "owners".
