My name is Monika. I am 46 and originally from Germany. I moved to Ireland in 2013 after falling in love with the country, the people and the culture during a holiday here. I grew up with dogs (German Shepherds) and always had pets as a kid/teen (birds and rabbits) and frequently looked after my neighbours' pets while they were away. After my last rabbit passed away I knew I couldn't be without a pet in my life and rescued a kitten. Yes, I am a cat AND a dog person :-). A dog was out of the question at that time as I was living alone and had to work full-time but it was always my dream to become a dog mom. When Covid hit, my husband and I decided that this was the right time to become dog pawrents. We rescued our dog Alfie and one year later we rescued another dog, Pip.

I have a certificate in Dog Psychology, Behaviour and Training, a certificate in Caring for Dogs and a Diploma in Dog Grooming.

In my opinion, pets are a part of the family and they deserve only the best! I'm more than happy to look after your pets, cuddle, walk, feed and play with them while you are away. You'll receive frequent updates and photos/videos so that you know that your furbabies are in good hands and have a great time.
