Hi! My name is Leonardo, and I’m based in Dublin 16, close to the Dublin 6W and Dublin 6 areas. I’m happy to care for pets throughout D16 and nearby neighbourhoods.

Animals have always been an important part of my life. I have many years of experience living with and caring for both dogs and cats, and I know that each pet has their own personality, habits, boundaries, and favourite little routines.

Some pets are full of energy and ready for an adventure, while others need a calmer approach and a little more time to feel comfortable. I always take the time to understand what makes each animal feel safe and relaxed, following the owner’s instructions carefully and respecting the pet’s normal routine.

I currently offer dog walking, home visits, and house sitting.

During home visits, I can provide food and fresh water, clean litter trays, spend time playing, give plenty of attention and companionship, and check that your pet and home are safe and comfortable. I can also administer oral medication when clear instructions are provided.

My usual dog walk lasts around 30 minutes, although I adapt the pace and activity to each dog’s age, health, energy level, and normal walking routine. I enjoy walking through quiet residential streets, local parks, and green areas, always choosing a safe and suitable environment for the dog in my care.

For house sitting, I stay in the owner’s home so the pet can remain in a familiar environment, surrounded by their usual smells, toys, and routine. I understand that this can make a big difference, especially for pets who feel anxious when their owners are away. I will always discuss beforehand how long the pet can comfortably be left alone and follow all feeding, walking, sleeping, and care instructions.

I know that leaving your pet with someone new requires a lot of trust. That’s why I communicate clearly and send regular photos, videos, and updates throughout the booking. I want you to feel relaxed knowing that your pet is safe, receiving attention, and being genuinely cared for.

If anything unexpected happens, I will contact you immediately and follow your preferred emergency or veterinary instructions.

I am reliable, responsible, non-smoking, and currently have flexible availability during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
