Hi, I’m Janaina! I’m 32 and live with my wife and our two sweet Chihuahuas. We know exactly how stressful it is to leave your pets with someone else, which is why we opened our home to pet sitting. Our goal is to provide a seamless transition where your fur baby receives the same level of care and affection as our own.

The "Meet & Greet" Process:

To ensure everyone is happy and safe, I introduce new dogs to our Chihuahuas in a neutral outdoor space first. This allows them to sniff and get acquainted without any "territorial" feelings before heading inside. Our two are very calm and socialized, making them great hosts for both shy and outgoing guests.

A day in the life:

Because both my wife and I have flexible schedules, someone is home all day. Your pet will never be left alone for long periods. Our routine typically includes:

• Exercise: 2 to 3 walks daily in the two beautiful parks right next to our building.
• Dietary Precision: We are highly experienced with strict or special diets and will follow your feeding instructions to the letter.
• Downtime: Plenty of supervised indoor play and sofa snuggles.
  

Specialised Care & Safety:

• Medical Needs: I am comfortable administering oral medications or following specific medical routines for seniors or pups with health conditions.
• Anxious Dogs: We specialize in creating a low-stress environment. For anxious dogs, we use positive reinforcement and provide "quiet zones" if they need a break from the action.
• Emergency Ready: Safety is our priority. We keep the contact info for the nearest 24-hour emergency vet on hand, and we will always contact you immediately if any concerns arise.

Whether it's for a day, a weekend getaway or a longer stay, your pet will be treated like a member of our family. I’m available most weekends and weekdays - let's chat about your pup's specific needs!
