I have got to know the beaches and parks very well around Donaghmede, Raheny, Baldoyle, Portmarnock, Sutton and Howth and love to see the dogs taking their space there.&nbsp;
As a writer and video-maker working from home, my schedule is very flexible and can work around you and your pet’s needs. &nbsp;
I can offer:&nbsp;&nbsp;
· two one hour-long walks a day, primarily on local beaches, or in local parks (available from early morning till early evening for walks)&nbsp;
· administration of tablets &nbsp;
· up to two dogs boarding at my home at a time (and I will be working from home during that time). There are no other pets at home, no children, only myself and my partner. Visiting dogs can bring their own bed/ blanket and can sleep in the open plan living room/kitchen area. I've always been an animal lover, growing up with pets of all kinds, rescuing any little furballs that needed help along the way... but my true love is for dogs and cats. Life is better with a dog or cat to share adventures, fun and to add a little sparkle or mischief to everyday life.
I'm Brazilian, and together with my parents and my sister, we had 07 dogs and 08 cats (we lived in the farm, so there was no shortage of animals there). I miss them so much, but they are challenges we choose to make our dreams come true.

I am a cat person who prefers cats who have experience being catsitter rather than any dog. Though to be fair, I did help my friends watch for their dog, but it was mostly for a few hours and nothing more than that. So if you want to hire me to care for dogs, it should be simple tasks and your dog has no history of aggression, or medical issues, is vaccinated, and I refuse to petsit rottweilers, XL bullies, German Shepherds and dachshunds.&nbsp;
And definitely no spiders and snakes!&nbsp;
My motivation to be a petsitter though is because I missed having cats as a company, but cannot afford it, and for extra money to live by as a student.&nbsp;
In Sweden, I've been a catsitter at my friend's house/apartments, sometimes for more than 2 weeks. But anything goes. I upload photos of animals on Instagram or FB (with the owners' consent of course) mainly to update and be as transparent as possible and I regularly write to the owners in case something wrong with their pets. I'll let them know immediately.
So far, I haven't faced the issues with cats ending up at the veterinary, thank goodness. But just in case, I always make sure owners know everything about how their loved pets are doing. At the moment, I cannot bring any animals to my current place since I'm not allowed to bring pets, so I may have to visit your place instead also, cats prefer to be in their own homes rather than being moved around constantly.&nbsp;
Yes, I also prefer vaccinated cats (all pets!) to be honest since it's super important that you vaccinate your cats for their benefit, so please vaccinate them.&nbsp;
Also, informing their medical history is important as well as giving the address to the veterinary in case of sickness or accidents.&nbsp;
