I'm a veterinary nurse with ten years experience working in hospitals and clinics. I also have a vet nurse certificate in emergency and critical care.

I started pet sitting a couple of years ago for clients who were going away after their dog had orthopaedic surgery and required special care.

I myself am a pet owner so I know the importance of having somebody you trust taking care of your furry family members!

I'm currently the owner of a sassy chihuahua but I've also owned large breeds as well as cats and I've even hand reared kittens so I am comfortable caring for all shapes and sizes, young and old!

I'm comfortable to sit for pets who have medical needs ie. post surgery or needing daily medication. I can administer medications both orally and injectable (ie for pets with diabetes). I have a full drivers license should your pet need to be brought for veterinary treatment while I'm caring for them. I'm happy to do basic daily grooming such as brushing for long haired pets.

I'm available 7 days a week for drop in visits in the morning and evening for either 30 minutes or one hour depending on your needs, and from Friday evening to Sunday evening for in-house sitting. While in house sitting, your pet would be only be left on their own for an absolute maximum of 2 hours while I go to an exercise class, other than that your pet will have my undivided attention! I'm happy to send you as many updates as you'd like while I'm caring for your pet!

I'm happy to water any plants while you are away and I will also bring in any post and can park in your driveway as a security measure so people will know your home isn't unattended.
