Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with a genuine passion for caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I’ve spent many years developing my knowledge and understanding of their individual needs, behaviours and personalities.

I previously worked at Petstop in Carrickmines, where I gained valuable professional experience around animals and pet care. I’ve also kept snakes and reptiles for over 20 years, giving me extensive hands-on experience caring for animals with different temperaments and requirements.

🐶 Dog Boarding – Overnight Stays

I offer a welcoming home environment for dogs who need somewhere comfortable to stay overnight while their owners are away. I understand that leaving your dog with someone new requires trust, so I’d take the time to learn about their personality, routine, feeding requirements and sleeping preferences before their stay.

I’d follow your dog’s usual feeding schedule, provide companionship and playtime, and ensure they have regular toilet breaks and a comfortable place to rest. My aim is to provide a home-from-home experience where your dog feels safe, relaxed and well cared for.

☀️ Doggy Day Care

If you need someone to care for your dog during the day, I’d be happy to provide a friendly, caring home environment with plenty of attention, companionship and appropriate playtime.

I’d discuss your dog’s temperament, exercise requirements, feeding schedule and daily routine with you beforehand. Every dog is different, and I’d tailor their day to suit their individual needs, balancing activity with opportunities to relax and rest.

🏡 A Safe and Comfortable Home

Your pet’s safety and wellbeing would always be my priority. My garden is partially enclosed, so I would never rely on it as a secure space for unsupervised outdoor access. Outdoor time would be appropriately supervised, with suitable safety arrangements in place.

I’d discuss your dog’s routine, sleeping arrangements, supervision needs and any medical or behavioural requirements with you before confirming a booking. I want every owner to feel confident that their pet is receiving attentive, responsible care.

🐍 Experienced with Reptiles and Other Animals

My love for animals extends far beyond dogs! Having kept snakes and reptiles for over two decades, I have extensive personal experience understanding their specific care requirements, feeding routines, environmental conditions and behaviour.

I’m also passionate about other animals, including fish, birds and small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs and hamsters. I appreciate that every species has different needs, from maintaining appropriate aquarium conditions to providing suitable habitats, enrichment and feeding routines.

I understand the importance of researching and following the specific care requirements of each animal rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m happy to discuss the care of other animals with owners and establish whether their individual requirements are something I can confidently accommodate.
