Hello my name is Laura! I am an animal and nature lover who has had all kinds of pets over the years.

Services:

Dog walking -  €22 for an hour. Can organise to fit your schedule and needs. Walks from 30 - 90min. 

House sitting or day visits I can feed pets, water plants, clean enclosures/empty litter etc. 

Pick up and drop off - if you need someone to bring your dog to or from their kennels

My Pet Past:

I really enjoy working with animals. My first dog Guy, a staffie x jack russell, was the most intelligent obedient dog I have ever met. Together we attended fun dog shows - two of which he won Overall Champion - as well as many other rosettes.

At home now, we have a boxer collie who is 12!

Also have experience as an owner and/or minder for horses, fish, birds, rabbits, gerbils, plants 🌱

I have always enjoyed reading and learning more about animals and their behaviour. I interact with animals on a personal and patient level. 

Experience with the Pets of others:

Experience walking most dog breeds and temperaments - either for work, neighbours, or at the rescues. 

Daily check-ins on cats or dogs. 

For longer stays, can work on issues and unwanted behaviours (particularly dogs) including separation anxiety, pulling on the lead, poor recall and listening skills. Also learning new tricks and skills to see an improvement in confidence and assertiveness. 

I have also helped with the duties of looking after working labradors during the summer and minding the neighbours and family members cats, dogs and fish while they're away.
