I'm Giovanna! I'm 23 years old and living in Dublin and a caring, reliable pet sitter who truly loves animals. I understand that every pet has their own personality, behaviour, and routine, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including shy, energetic, anxious, and senior pets. I can also manage multiple pets while giving each one proper attention and care. My routine usually includes feeding, fresh water, playtime, walks, cleaning litter trays, and giving pets time to relax and feel comfortable in their environment. I have handled situations with anxious pets, nervous dogs during walks, and shy cats, always adapting my approach to help them feel calm and safe. During walks and home visits, I prioritise safety by using secure leads, avoiding stressful environments, and always paying close attention to the pet’s behaviour and wellbeing.

For dogs, I offer walks of around 40 minutes in safe local parks and quiet areas where they can exercise, explore, and enjoy stimulation. During visits and stays, I send regular photo and video updates, including walks, playtime, meals, and rest time, so owners always know how their pets are doing.

For cats, I make sure food and water are always fresh, litter trays are cleaned properly, and the environment stays calm and stress-free. I also send photos of meals, water bowls, and cleaned litter trays for extra reassurance.

I have experience giving oral medication when needed and always use calm and gentle handling techniques. In unexpected situations or emergencies, I stay calm, act responsibly, and contact the owner immediately if necessary. Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are always my priority.

Pets are never left alone for long periods during my care, and I’m available in the mornings, late afternoons, and evenings.

A typical visit includes feeding, fresh water, walks or playtime, cleaning, cuddles, updates for the owner, and making sure your pet feels happy and comfortable throughout the visit.
