Hi, I’m Nora. I’m a patient, responsible and caring animal lover based in Clontarf, Dublin. I have been caring for my own dog since he was three months old, and he is now four years old. Raising him from a puppy has given me hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding routines, basic training, playtime, grooming, and understanding a dog’s needs at different stages of life.

I usually offer dog walking around Clontarf and nearby areas, including quiet residential streets, local green spaces and safe walking routes, depending on the dog’s routine and the owner’s preference. I can usually offer up to four walks per week. Each walk can be around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the dog’s size, energy level, age, habits and needs.

I also often help my friends walk their dogs, so I am comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities and walking styles. I can adapt to active dogs who enjoy longer walks, as well as calmer dogs, senior dogs or nervous pets who need a slower pace, extra patience and reassurance.

During each walk, I pay close attention to the dog’s body language, comfort and surroundings. I believe in using rewards and positive encouragement instead of punishment, and I have basic training experience from raising my own dog. I like to balance gentle guidance with enough time for dogs to sniff, explore and enjoy their walk safely.

In an emergency, I would first make sure the dog is safe and away from any immediate danger. I would then contact the owner straight away, explain the situation clearly, and follow the owner’s instructions. If urgent care was needed, I would contact the vet or emergency vet as soon as possible.

I can send photo updates after each walk so owners know their pet is happy and well cared for. I truly love animals and support animal protection. My motivation as a pet sitter is to build friendly, trusting relationships with more pets and to give owners peace of mind while their dogs are in my care.
