Hi, I’m Lucía. I live in Drimnagh, Dublin 12, with my husband and our dog, Tessie. Dogs have always been part of my life, and caring for them has always felt very natural to me. I really enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality, routine and little quirks.For a while, my husband and I fostered dogs with Dogs in Distress, which was such a rewarding experience. It taught us a lot about patience, trust, different temperaments, and helping dogs feel safe in a new environment.

I offer dog walking, pet sitting in the owner’s home, and home visits for feeding, company, toilet breaks and playtime. Walks are usually around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your dog’s age, energy level and routine. I’m caring, patient and attentive, and I always follow each dog’s usual routine. I’m happy to discuss feeding instructions, medication, favourite walking routes, toilet breaks and any special needs in advance. I’m always happy to send pictures and little updates, because I know how reassuring it is to see that your dog is relaxed, happy and well cared for.

At the moment, I am not generally offering overnight boarding in my own home, although I may consider it in the future depending on the dog and circumstances.
