Hi I'm Leanne and I am currently a student in my 4th year of music college. I have always had a passion for taking care of animals. Growing up, my grandmother used to breed dogs when she was younger and always had at least 3 dogs in the house at one time. Both my grandmother and mother are caring animal lovers and they passed on this trait to me. As I am in college I do not have any pets and I miss it like crazy! I regulary visit friends who have pets so that I can spend time with animals.
Over the years I have taken care of many pets! When my relatives got sick I was asked to come to their homes and look after the dogs and cats for hours/overnight visits. I also did this for neighbours of mine when they were away on holidays or working long hours. I also worked in the marina market for 2 years and spent most of my day petting and leaving out bowls of water for dogs. I have an attachment to pets and think they are such an integral part of family and home life. 

The services I provide are 1 or 2 hour walks with pickup and drop off. I can offer 2 walks per day (1 hour each). I can help with training as I have spent time studying behavioural science in regard to animals. I can also do home visits and check on the animals whilst the person is away. This would include feeding, pets, administering oral medication and exercise such as playing or walking. I can do this up to 3 times per day depending on the needs of the owner/animal. I am in 4th year of college and have scattered short lectures, therefore I can take time out of my day regularly to check up on the animal. As of my present living situation I cannot board animals but I will be moving in May and that service should become available.
