Hi, we’re Defy and Precilia. We’re a caring and reliable couple with over two years of experience looking after dogs and cats. We understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and needs, so we always take the time to get to know them and make them feel comfortable in our care.

We’ve grown up with Golden Retrievers and Kintamani dogs, so we’re familiar with both energetic, playful dogs and calmer or more senior pets. We’re comfortable adapting our approach depending on each pet’s temperament — whether they’re confident and playful, shy and nervous, independent, or need a little extra patience and reassurance.

🐶 A Typical Day

We believe that routine, consistency and affection help pets feel safe and relaxed.

Morning: A good walk or gentle exercise appropriate to your pet, followed by fresh water and breakfast according to their normal routine.

Afternoon: Playtime, enrichment activities and plenty of attention. We can provide fetch, toys, training games or mental stimulation depending on what your pet enjoys. For dogs staying with us, we also provide regular garden/outdoor breaks.

Evening: A relaxing walk, dinner according to your instructions, and plenty of cuddles and companionship before bedtime.

We’re also happy to follow your pet’s usual feeding schedule, walking routine, medication instructions and house rules.

Personalised care: Before every booking, we like to learn about your pet's personality, favourite activities, feeding routine, behaviour, allergies, medication and anything else that helps us provide the best possible care.
