About Ivi Louise
The first experience I had with caring for a pet happened when I was an only child in Brazil, where I grew up with a dachshund, and, since I had no siblings and there were no kids around my block, she became my constant companion for 15 years of my life.
As an only child, she truly became part of my family, and I was involved in her care throughout her life.
I used to walk her every day, three times a day, giving her ration and always keeping her water bowl clear and clean with fresh water.
I was the one who always put her winter clothes on and took care of covering her with her little duvet during the winters in the south of Brazil.
I was also responsible for grooming her, showering and making sure she was always clean.
After sometime I needed to take care of her medicine schedule also.
After moving to Ireland, I lived with a friend who had three cats, and I regularly helped care for them whenever she was away. I became very familiar with feeding routines, litter box cleaning, playtime, and making sure they felt comfortable and secure while their owner was away.
I understand that every pet has its own personality and routine, and it needs to be respected.
Some animals are energetic and playful, while others are shy and prefer a calm environment.
I always try to adapt to each pet's individual needs and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for, so they can feel that someone is there for them and can be trusted, making sure they are comfortable enough in their own environment.
I usually can work around my schedule, so for the moment I am fully available. Most preferable during weekdays, but weekend days can be included.
For home visits, I am happy to:
Feed pets according to their usual schedule
Refresh water bowls
Clean litter trays
Provide companionship and playtime
Give regular updates and photos to owners
Follow any specific instructions provided by the owner- Make sure they are not too hot or too cold.
A walk usually takes around 30 minutes, but it depends on the dog's age and energy, and the time and pace can be adapted based on the dog's age, breed, and size, or on instructions from their tutors or even their routines.
Safety and comfort are the priorities here!!! If staying overnight in your home, I will make sure to get all the instructions from you, sharing pictures and videos from your home and your pet. I am also very careful with tidying and cleaning so the home stays the way it was left by you before you leave, so don't worry, it will stay in good hands. Also, references can be arranged upon request.
I am the right person if you need someone who will take care of your babies with love!!!
