"Katie & Harry were absolutely brilliant. They left the place spotless. They sent so many photos and videos of the cats which were amazing to see and the cats really warmed to them. It was so great not to traumatize the cats by bringing them to a cattery where there is limited space. We were so happy that our cats could stay in their familiar surroundings and have their usual food and treats. We really really appreciate Katie & Harry's cat sitting and would 100% love to book them again. Rachel & Chris"

"Demi and Jamie minded our dogs Cosmo and Winston in our home for four nights and we couldn't be happier with the service. Both our dogs take medication which wasn't an issue at all and one of them has behavioural issues which again didn't phase them in the least. They are very caring and conscientious people who really looked after our dogs and left our home spotless. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone and would rebook again. "

"We were lucky enough to have Andressa look after our dog Jax in our home over the Christmas holidays. Without her, we wouldn't have been able to head to Canada to reconnect with family and friends. I can not recommend Andressa enough. She is a WONDERFUL house and dog sitter. Our dog Jax has epilepsy and needs medication daily. Andressa was great at managing his care and needs.
Andressa is an incredibly warm and welcoming person. She looked after our dog like he was her own. She is the most responsible and trustworthy dog and house sitter. She provided updates throughout the holidays and left the house clean and tidy. We are very lucky to have had Andressa look after Jax and look forward to booking her for future trips. "We think our dog was bummed when she saw us come home through the door and not Sarah.
I cannot recommend Sara enough. We've had such a hard time with our last few (non Pawshake) sitters we were contemplating putting our dog down. Sarah was so good with her and made it very clear that our difficulties were not with our pooch, but with the people.
She is so gentle and aware to our dog's needs, and quickly gained Sophie's complete trust in a matter of minutes.
I just don't want to tell you all how awesome she is because then you'll book her and we won't be able to! "

"Kate is a fantastic dog sitter, and all round lovely person. She took excellent care of our three beloved dogs while we were away and we felt so at ease knowing they were in her care. She is extremely competent and wasn't fazed in the slightest by having to walk and feed three large dogs.
It's clear that Kate has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and our dogs immediately took to her which is the most telling of all.
Kate updated us regularly during her stay, and she also had our house super tidy when we got home which was so thoughtful.
Kate is already scheduled for another stay with our dogs in the near future.
For anyone looking for a dog sitter, I would highly recommend Kate."

"Max and Lily have been with Felipe and Thais a number of times and they always seem to be so happy with them.
It's even better now that they are available to take care of Max and Lily in our own home, making our furbabies feel more at ease while we are away. The constant communication, pictures, and updates allows us to enjoy our trips without having to worry about anything.
Felipe and Thais genuinely care about them and give them everything they need. It's the best feeling retuning from a trip to happy dogs and a clean home."

"Joe came to stay in our home to mind our Great Dane Madeleine. She can be very shy with new people, but took to Joe right away. He did a wonderful job with her and communicated well. "Lorna will exceed your expectations, my dog is a shelter dog that’s been with me for roughly a month and Lorna had all the proper experience and knowledge to take good care of my baby. She also made sure that they were getting a lot of snuggles and love and to send me a lot of pics and updates along the way. She also left my apartment cleaner that it already was and was a very easy to trust with everything. "Mary is the most wonderful pet sitter. She responded swiftly to our request and stayed in touch putting me very much at ease from the start. "Maren was friendly, communicative, and caring. You could immediately tell she is great with dogs - our Clementine warmed up to her right away. She texted updates throughout her stay so that we knew Clementine was doing well and getting plenty of exercise. Maren even proactively offered help if our flight got delayed due to bad weather. I had great peace of mind knowing Maren was caring for Clementine while we were away."
