He looked after my Black Russian Terrier for four days, ensuring my pet felt comfortable and cared for in every possible way. When my flight was cancelled due to the recent storm, Jhon went above and beyond to accommodate the situation, extending his care without hesitation and easing my worries during an already stressful time.
Throughout the entire period, Jhon was always contactable whenever I needed an update or had a question. He provided regular updates, photos, and messages, which gave me incredible peace of mind knowing my dog was in safe and loving hands. "Svetlana looked after both my dogs while I was away on holiday for 6 days. I was very reluctant to leave them with anyone as they are both quite young. I have to say that Svetlana did an amazing job. My dogs both really enjoyed their time with her and she looked after them as if they were her own dogs. Plenty of walks and love and affection. "Una had such a lovely time with her sitter! From the start it was clear she was in great hands. Communication was excellent. I got regular updates and photos, which made it so reassuring to see how relaxed and happy Una was while I was away. When I picked Una up she was calm, content, and clearly very well cared for.
