Our dog settled in well and it was obvious Ryan paid close attention to his needs, routine, and personality. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which made a big difference and reassured us that our dog was in great hands.
When we got back, our dog was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. It’s not always easy to find someone you fully trust with your dog, but Ryan made it feel straightforward.

"I can highly recommend Aku as a dog minder. I was nervous about leaving my 6 year old Cavachon with someone she didn't know for 5 days. My dog had never stayed with anyone she didn't know really well and I had not left her at a kennels or for day care before.
Aku has such a calm, reassuring and knowledgeable way about her I immediately felt at ease.
Aku was genuinely interested in knowing about my dog.
She had another dog as well and they quickly got used to each other. Helped by Aku's confidence and manner.

"Cathy and Ryan were absolutely brilliant! It was my dogs first time being left and when they arrived to pick Clifford up he jumped straight into the car and didnt look back! 🥹 He had the best time with their own 2 dogs, and I was reassured with plenty of photos throughout the day! "McKenzie loved her weekend away at Havila and Gerry. Havila took McKenzie for walkies, which is a bonus as she always loves being outside and playing to burn energy. After the weekend, McK went directly to sleep for hours, which tells me she was stimulated at Havila. Their communication was great, and they invited us to see where they lived before I booked and sent us some photos and videos of McKenzie's weekend visiting them.
