For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Cork for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Cork Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Cork sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hello! We’re Renata and Wilian, a Brazilian couple who started a new chapter of our lives in Ireland. We both grew up surrounded by animals and have always loved caring for them.
As we’re still discovering how long we’ll stay in Ireland and travel to Brazil each year to visit our family, we’ve decided that having a pet of our own isn’t the right choice for us just yet. Instead, Pawshake gives us the wonderful opportunity to enjoy the company of animals while giving them a safe, loving and comfortable home.
We welcome your pet as part of our family and will give them plenty of attention, affection, playtime and care throughout their stay. We respect every pet’s individual routine, personality and needs, and we’re happy to follow their usual feeding, walking and sleeping schedules.
Your pet will never be left without care during their stay, and we’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.
We’re responsible, patient and trustworthy, and we’ll treat your furry family member with the same love and care we would give our own. ️

Hello! My name is Bob.I am a passionate animal lover who truly enjoys spending time with pets. I chose to become a pet sitter because I want to provide peace of mind for pet owners while offering care and companionship to their beloved pets. I understand that every pet is unique, so I provide personalized care tailored to their individual needs and personality.

I have several years of experience taking care of pets of various breeds and temperaments. My services include walking, feeding, playing, and even basic training. I prioritize health and safety, which is why I only accept pets that are vaccinated, ensuring a secure and healthy environment for everyone.
I have previous experiences.

I can't give an animal an injection.

My home is large, neat and beautiful and does not allow pets to accidentally eat things or bruise and hurt themselves.

Whether you need short-term pet sitting or long-term care, I am here to provide reliable and thoughtful service, giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend!

Hi there! I'm an animal lover with a big heart and lots of experience caring for pets. Over the years, I’ve looked after cats, dogs, birds, fish and even snakes! Each pet is unique, and I enjoy getting to know their personalities and meeting their individual needs with love and attention. For me, being a pet sitter isn’t just a job—it’s a true passion.About My Home:My home is pet-friendly, with a corridor and a cozy living room. There’s a door that leads to a backyard, fully enclosed with high walls, ensuring safety and privacy. Your pet will have the freedom to roam around the house and enjoy the small outdoor area, which is perfect for playtime and burning energy. On rainy days, we keep the door slightly open, so your pet can still step outside to relieve themselves if needed, as per the owner’s instructions. My Services:You can leave your pet with me for the day or overnight—I’m flexible with schedules to accommodate your needs. Rest assured, your pet will never be left alone. Someone will always be around to provide care, attention, and companionship. In the rare case of an emergency or if I need to leave for a short period, I will inform you immediately.Additionally, I update pet owners daily with photos and videos of their beloved animals. This way, you’ll always feel comfortable and reassured, knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.My Commitment:My motivation comes from the unconditional love animals give us and the joy of ensuring they feel safe and happy, even when their owners are away. I understand how important it is for pet owners to trust someone with their furry (or scaly!) family members, and I’m committed to providing the best care possible.I only accept vaccinated pets to ensure everyone stays safe and healthy. If you're looking for someone reliable, responsible, and completely dedicated to your pet’s happiness, I’d love to help!

My name is Gloria, I'm from Italy and I'm a resident of Ireland since 10 years. Me and my family are animals lovers, always had pets around the house (at this very moment we have our life time friends Ponyo and Toby, respectively 10 and 13, probably trying to get a treat out of one of us ️), and me and my brothers were introduce to animals when we were kids, so that we will learn how to be around them and how to take care of them. My mother is an animal activist, always being in the streets to advocate for their rights. Having pets not just introduced me to the Animal World, but also to relate to someone different to me. I could never imagine having a dog would be super fun. I will always be grateful to my mom and dad to bring Ponyo and Toby home as I couldn't imagine a life without them. ️ I miss my days in Italy where I would bring my dogs out for a walk in the stunning countryside. I'm familiar with dogs needs and I'm aware that they thrive the most in a routine, I can walk them, and take care of them for a certain length of time.I can bath them if needed and visit them at your home if you need me to.I know life can be busy and stressful, so if you are looking for someone that can walk your dog in Cork City, contact me, I'll be happy to have a chat with you and meet your pet for an assessment. Have a great day, Gloria

I am an energetic, experienced, and endlessly patient lover of dogs. I’ve spent years minding and walking dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs. Growing up my family have taken in rescue dogs of many different backgrounds so I have experience with all ages. Additionally, I was trusted by many neighbours to walk their dogs daily, ensuring they got the exercise and company they needed while their owners were working or away on holidays.
I can ensure that whether you have a high energy adventurous dog, a shy quiet dog, or a senior who prefers a gentle pace, I will tailor every walk to the dog in front of me.
I am fully flexible and available at all times, I will make sure your dog gets the exercise and attention that they need and deserve.
Please feel free to reach out anytime and I would love to talk about helping you and your best friend

Hi! I’m Shilpa, a fourth-year medical student at UCC, originally from Germany. I moved to Cork a few years ago and absolutely love spending time with dogs. I’ve had my own dog for the past 11 years, so I have plenty of experience caring for dogs and understand how much love, attention and patience they need. My dog is a very large Goldendoodle, so I’m also comfortable handling and caring for bigger dogs!
As I can’t have a dog of my own at the moment, I’d love to help other dog owners in Cork City (near College Rd) with their pets. I’m available for dog walking as well as dog sitting at your home. I’m always available on weekends and am usually flexible during the week, particularly in the late afternoons and evenings.
I’m happy to take your dog for walks, feed them, play with them, keep them company, or simply spend some time with them while you’re busy or away. I’m responsible, caring and reliable, and I would treat your dog with the same care and affection I give my own.
Please feel free to get in touch if you’re looking for someone to help take care of your dog! ️
